As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Autofocuss Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable results, optimizing marketing ROI, and achieving specific performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads,Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, including bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
